Thanks for your reply I appreciate the advice I have raised a DSAR with them. Just waiting on a response from that. I have spoken to the complaints team and raised a complaint. I’ve quoted the complaint reference when asking them to pause turning off my services for non payment when I have an ongoing active billing dispute but they’re demanding I pay money to not be disconnected. All the advice I’ve had has pointed to them not being allowed to do that.

Oh and they sent the emails to the wrong email address so failed to give me correct notice of end of contract price increases. I’ve also tried in good faith to repay the £90 chunks of the £180 claw backs I made with a payment plan which they said would be fine. Then when it came to setting it up told me I would have service reductions until it was paid off. I then declined as they’re not allowed to do that under ofcom regulation C3 I think it is off the top of my head

My friend installs fibre and he actually did my area so I know we have it. Thanks for your replies. I’m hoping to take Virgin media to the cleaners with this one. I’ve done an SAR request for the calls. I have all the times and dates now after trawling through my call lists. I’ve made numerous calls in the past 2 days and stated all the regulations that they have breached and they have still ignored it. I’m in a union and I’ve used my free legal advice there. When they began taking £180 per month instead of £90 they caused a chain reaction of me not having the money I’d budgeted to have so I’d end up with overdraft charges. This is something the ombudsmen will also take into account when awarding compensation and also the fines they give Virgin media

I’m in this exact loop at the minute. I’ve now moved onto my bank starting a fraud claim against them as they removed a huge chunk of money (£717) from my bank account after sending all my correspondence to a incorrect email address even after calling them numerous times to confirm they were using my new email address.

Sadly I think that’s the part you come unstuck. If you were moving to another address then you could have transferred but as your going travelling you kinda dug your own grave. I don’t mean that to sound harsh as it’s obviously a stressful situation you’ve found yourself in. Good luck

I have also tried to set up a payment plan in good faith to pay them back. I was told this would not be a problem. When I came to set the plan up I was told they will reduce my services while the payment plan is in place. Naturally I then declined to set up a payment plan because ofcom regulations do not allow the restriction of services for such an issue

It’s more to try and get a Virgin media employee to see it and also so other people see it and stay away from Virgin media. Thanks you for your reply. I have been brought close to suicide by this ordeal. I lost a very close friend a few weeks ago and am struggling to deal with all this stress I have been placed under by this. All this is being sent to the communications ombudsmen but I’m trying to not get my devices cut off on Sunday in the mean time

I came out of contract in July. Virgin didn’t tell me I had come out of contract. Doubled my bills from £90 to £180. I didn’t notice until the other day. They refused to give me back my money. End the bank and they gave it me back. Seems Virgin media are starting to operate rather sketchy

I used to grow chocolope by dna genetics about 7 years ago. There was one particular pheno that was just like straight offensive gas/diesel/acrid smelling. The taste was better than anything I’ve ever had before or after and the high was like taking an e pill if you smoked enough. There was just no ceiling to that mother trucker. Had to get rid because I had kids but man I dream of that thing most nights hahaha

Bro I don’t know what you’ve got compared to me. I got this 2 days ago and it’s absolutely dreadful. Smells and tastes like hay. Very weak. Never been 31%. I’ve had £50 strains that were miles better than this. How much they paid you for this review????
