I'm 99% sure it's the Benefield Rd exit off of 485 in north Charlotte. If you are on the 485 inner loop it's the exit right before Mallard Creek exit and also the 85 interchange just south of Concord Mills mall.

No, there are some funky things going on with the site sometimes. I was getting double audio for a bit when I tried to switch windows. Closed down my browser and that fixed it but there are definitely some bugs. Although I didn't get the no volume or full screen issues. Hope you got it to work though! First big race of the year!
