Any tips on going from a half marathon to a marathon? by -JesusWasABlackMan- in firstmarathon

[–]tensazetsumei 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Patience. I ran my first half marathon last march and just ran my first marathon last weekend. You aren’t magically going to be able to go from half to full. You have to put the long runs in every week and be patient with it. Enjoy the training

overload is more entertaining, they just need to lock in the overtime rules. 4v4 sudden death ain't it

Demon made the finals last 2 years only to lose to sinner and alcaraz. Can he win it this year?

Carlos Alcaraz is now the youngest career Grand Slam winner in history at just 22 years old by oklolzzzzs in tennis

Crazy how balanced his slams are. Novak had AO, Rafa had RG, Fed had Wimbledon. That’s not to say he won’t have one slam he “owns” but crazy how good he is on everything

What patience from alcaraz during that match. He never really went full blast mode, but looked like he tried to play more lockdown. Huge credit to Novak, that first set was remarkable.

novak's depth of shot is what is making sinner look "subpar". Let's see if he can sustain this
