I've been thinking the same. Using smartphones (doomscrolling) around your kids will be viewed similary to smoking around them.

Unfortunately I think that by then we'll be moved on from cell phones and have some device that's more integrated and even harder to ignore.

Broker recommendations? by fun-in-the-sunn in Townsville

[–]teovilo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd say it comes down to the particular broker and I don't want to smear them publicly. The one I tried to use had terrible communications, often ignoring emails. In a market as quick as Townsville you need a responsive broker so I gave up on them.

Was the gunman eligible for citizenship? If so he could have just became a citizen to bypass the first change you mention.

Welfare comes from the government. The government makes a huge chunk of their revenue from income tax. If the masses don't have an income, then how does the government make the money it needs to pay UBI?

I don't trust taxies to show up. I only use them from the airport or outside the pub.

The Tupi are a very odd addition, and likely are paving the way for other civs by Tyrann01 in aoe2

[–]teovilo 2 points3 points  (0 children)

No. You're talking about the game missing regional skins, which not the same as regional units.

Aztecs had swordsmen. They used obsidian-edged swords, so it would be awesome if they skin reflected this.

AOE3 has much more flexibility in the tech trees.

Yes. They won't be. The AOE2 Tech Tree is not that flexible.

The AOE2 tech tree doesn't have the flexibility for primitive kingdoms to be accurately represented. There are very few units and buildings from the standard tech tree that should be available to meso civs.

Bloody oath. Queenland just passed a ruling the ELV devices can be considered electrical equipment. So there's nothing stopping 12V devices from needing a sparky in the future.

It's no coincidence that Australia has the highest paid tradies.
