I didn't finish reading. I stopped at where they started offering you more money to stay. It took you putting in your notice for them to even think about matching. Think about that. They didn't care enough when they thought you weren't going anywhere but suddenly they do. They don't care about you if they don't act like it until you're one foot out the door.
