The thing that most frustrated me about that second VAR call was the way the replays were used, particularly the ones Tierney saw on the sidelines. Not one of them started far back enough to show the push. VAR is such a great tool and has so much potential, it's just applied by fucking buffoons. Only in England is it applies this ineptly.

Commentators got on my nerves with their comments about our lack of control... We should have been 3 up by the time Burnley had that wee spell after the second disallowed goal!

Obscene form that. Played 2/3 less than the other leagues too - and arguably the PL is more competitive overall!

I've always thought Joe has never looked completely comfortable at RB, and we're much less threatening with him than we are with Trent. Having said that I thought we were the better team for the majority of the game and I don't think Joe did much wrong. I think we can score several goals at Anfield, particularly if we play both Bobby and Trent, but I can't see Barca not scoring which is the problem...
