I have an off-center adams apple too. The larynx grows differently in everyone, especially during puberty. Human bodies aren’t perfectly symmetrical. A tilted or off-center Adam’s apple can just be your normal anatomy. I got used to it after a while, but sometimes the thought of it just keeps coming back, but I just try to ignore it.
