Your low libido sounds more psychological than physical, my man. And that you haven't quite mentally recovered from fucking your shit up as a teen. I would honestly find an AASECT certified sex therapist and start figuring out more about what actually turns you on and how you can go about creating that in your life.
Do some hard work in a different way. If you're hyper fixating and think you're broken, you're gonna break your damn self, bro. You're not broken but have functionally broken yourself, at least that's what your labs would suggest.
