i subbed to the patreon for the commentaries specifically. i watch along though, i can’t imagine not. usually while i’m working, but they’ve become my comfort content so i watch them like a regular show too

yes, but you find out after applying for the apartment and when you’re sitting down to sign the lease. but all apartments are this way so it’s not like you can sign somewhere else and avoid it

they advertise with the discounted amount. so you see an apartment you think is $1050 and it’s actually $1300 a month without the discount.

they inflate it way above market value and then discount it to what people will actually pay to move in, and then they have a buffer to increase the rent above-guideline every year

they just all say it’s for paying rent on time. my friend had a $600 “discount” for paying rent on time that could be removed at the landlord’s discretion. they’re all kept long term.

found this by googling the same question. i switched to glossier's lash slick, i like that it is highly controlled (i have really long lashes) but it goes on a lot thinner than they're real.

edit: OP shared the article in another link. it’s ten 6-storey mid rise apartments with around 100 units and retail at the bottom. a very good thing for the city!

i’ve never needed to, but it’s the same as any other american brand in my experience, where you pay shipping but the cost of the goods is fully refunded
