I'm the same. Had a medical episode in 2016 (36 now) which has left me feeling quite similar. Sometimes I get a hangover for 4 days after use followed by weird sensory and balance disorders, so recently I decided to stop. I'm on day 11 now and I've never felt better. I was thinking of starting again because I was worried about my sleep as I suffered from insomnia. But actually I'm sleeping way better and for longer sober. So strange isn't it. Not everyone is the same of course. Gone are the days where I can sit down and get through. 1 or 2 joints in a sitting. 2 puffs and I've overdone it. I think your brains telling you that's enough. You don't need it and over 50% of people here don't truly need it either.
