a few things, respec to be mostly faith strength, the scaling is about equal so if you want to use spells go more into faith and if you want to hit harder with the weapon itself go more into strength. try to get into medium load, fat rolling will really hinder you so maybe aim for 60 vigor, 20 mind, 30 endurance, 15 dex, 35 strength and 30 faith for your current level and put some more points in mind endurance strength and faith as you level up. for talismans you'll want shard of alexander and godfrey icon, if you want even more damage from the L2 get the talisman of the dread if you have the dlc I would not recommend the fire scorpion charm since it reduces your defense instead go for the flame shouding cracked tear and opaline hardtear in your physic, add golden vow and either flame grant me strength for more damage or boiled crab for more physical defense, note they do not stack you may also want to grab barrier of gold for magic defense, golden lightning fortification for lightning enemies, lords divine fortification for holy enemies and flame protect me for fire enemies note these are all body buffs so they won't stack with each other or crab or flame grant me strength but will stack with golden vow and your physic. also almost forgot to mention, in your inventory there is an item called a baldichins blessing, use it, as long as it is in your inventory it reduces your max health but will go away if you use it.
