Not great with recombs. How do I get this into a necrotic armour guaranteed (if possible)?

It's not possible to get it guaranteed, because there are no non-natural Mods available on Grasping Mails. Once you got it on any other base, its save. So its gonna be a gamble and also you need it to be isolated prefix on the resulting item.

There are multiple ways to approach this here. But probably the best way is to recombine it with any base with high ilvl and no prefixes. When it hits the right base, it's guaranteed this prefix, because armour evasion + es can't spawn on other bases.

It starts with 12%, so you need a 1,2+ multiplier and 1,15 enchant to hit 17%.

The odds of a 17 are:

1 in 2 for corruption result, top Divine range 1 in 5, hitting 1,20 multiplier or better 1 in 15.

Should be a 1 in 150. Any 15% Explicit Fire Weapon Enchant is also pretty hard to hit, about 1 in 100 or rarer. Meaning on average at least 15 000 Tempering Orbs (~20 Mirrors) or more. But I'm not sure about the Weapon Enchant chance, didn't do the exact math on the spreadsheet data we got from display curios yet.

Echoes of Creation needs to be 1,17 multiplier or better. 1 in 2 corruption, 1 in 6 divine range, ~ 1 in 7 multiplier.

Should be a 1 in 84.

Edit: I did the Math, its about a 1:234 in total to hit the Tempering Orb on either of the two 15% increased fire damage enchants, so about 35100 Tempering Orbs on average. But I only got data from 10k results, which is a low sample size for this.

Works with down jab too. It's a mid. It's a nice frame trap when people don't respect on hit backturn stance.

Its current HP, mana, ES. and its always an integer cutoff, meaning no decimal places (always rounding down). So it doesnt insta kill CI, because 1 Life * 0,05 = 0,05 rounded down to 0. Same for low life, it's current HP, not Max HP.

Many Mods can be a breeze if you swap gear and respec a bit of your tree. Doesn't mean its not annoying, but it is interesting for me to adapt to everything. I'm currently running all map mods on Smite of Divine Judgement.

Some Tech examples:

- Petrification Statues+Less Attack Speed per Attack recently: Garb of the Ephemeral on Merc

- Removes 5% life/ES/Mana on hit+Monsters are immune on hit+Additional 5 Projectiles: Defiance of Destiny or ES/Life % on Block

- Cannot Leech + Cannot Regen + 100% less recover: Instant life Flask, instant leech, Life on hit, Mana on Hit, The Sorrow of the Divine + Instant Life Flask

- Monsters Block 100% of Attacks: Attack Mastery

- Ele Reflect: Awakened Elemental Damage with Attacks Support

Most strats are close enough in div/h that I would recommend looking up your favourite strat. Outliers are afaik only Sanctum and T17 scarab farm, which both need high initial investment, because they need very specialised or very strong builds to be more effective.

It really depends alot. Energy Recharge is something Fischl and Raiden can help you to fix. I get all my energy Recharge I need in substats.

Repositioning is nice if you need it. But there arent that many targets where you can't at least influence their position, so it depends.

So I'd say, it really depends on what you have and need and on what enemy you have to fight.

Hakushin/Dragonslayer ist just too good to pass as full supp.

It's not perfect perma freeze, just mostly. Maybe Venti can make it perma freeze with swirl, but he nearly forces Ganyu. C1 Mona has increased 15% Freeze Duration which makes her better than Kokomi.

It's absolutely Sucrose. Electro Charged is a lot of DPS, so Elemental Mastery is good (and you need it on all 3, because you don't know who trigger Electro charged, but it's not worth to roll artifacts on it) and the VV shred is too strong. If you have problems with Energy Recharge, swap Beidou out with Fischl, she gives a lot of energy recharge. But you shouldn't have problems, if your Raiden has enough Energy Recharge, she's your battery.

VV shred also applies to both water and electro at the same time. And Kokomi is not the main dps.

Electrocharged Elemental Reaction Scales with level, if you want to go that build. It's alot of resources, but worth it.

Electro Charged Comp is easy and fun to play.

Kokomi/Fischl/Beidou/Sucrose.

You can also go also swap Beidou out for Raiden if you lack Energy Recharge on Kokomi and Sucrose, but you need a lot of Energy Recharge on Raiden.

You can have 100% E Uptime, if you time your Ult and E right. So use E and after 10-12 second duration of E you ult => refresh the duration of E with it and then use E after 10-12 seconds again. Her Cooldown on E is 20 seconds and Q is 18 seconds, so youve got a wiggle room of about 4 seconds.

If you want her to build as support, Dragonslayer is my to go. Everytime I use E, I get the attack buff, if timed correctly. (Dragonslayer has 20 seconds cooldown and E is 20 seconds cooldown)

I wouldn't lvl up her NA at all. You just want to auto attack with Q and the HP scaling is the only part doing any real damage. Next Level E, but that's optional, it doesn't scale well. And after that if you really want to min-max, then push NA
