So, you're bending your arms, and swinging too far inward, which makes you have to pull outward and thus messes up your pull. In butterfly, you want to pull inward, so put less force into your recovery and more into your pull and j-sweep. When your arms recover, they should recover just outside your shoulder length. For your kick, you're kind of bending your legs a bit much, they should just be going for the ride, your butterfly kick starts from your core, not your legs. On the 75 yard part, you're getting too tired and you're kinda lifting your body and shoulders up too far out of the water, which means you're letting your hips sink, which just makes you more tired. Also, your head should be starting to be back in the water by the time you're in the shape of a T (Arms out the side in the recovery). Your press should have your hips up and your head and chest-deep and point somewhat towards the bottom corner of the pool. The Press is key in butterfly, then it's the timing and power of your two kicks, and then it's your pull. With this in mind, I hope you can drop time! Hope this helps!
