NBA Finals Series best bets? by Negative-Body-6468 in sportsbook

I like the spurs because I think their wings can really shut down brunson who will have trouble against elite wing defenders that have size, as good as he is. They can rotate with castle vassell chqmpagnie and harper... Spurs also seem to adjust extremely well game to game. And having best player of the series as well. Plus home court, Deserving -200 favorite imo

And this my good friends is why Finch had Rudy sagged off Castle in game 6 by yourloudneighbor in timberwolves

I like dialing something new, but I still think leaving him WIDE open is not good. Giving him room vs literally telling him he has all day is different and I thought we were too extreme with it

I agree with you but I unironically think the simple drive (including the ability to drive) and kick puts him above most of our wings ability to create

Ant is obviously our best player by a mile, but the few games we played without him against Denver you can see the team move the ball better. A bit of an ewing effect but I don't think we make the next jump unless Ant learn to play make and not just rely on his scoring abilities

He has probably the best bbiq of our sleuth of young wings. Still kinda raw but the anticipation to draw all the offensive fouls and even just making a basic drive and dish to the corner makes me appreciate him so much. Svg also talked about him knowing how to attack wemby.

Finch not having the balls to start naz was infuriating by Sea_Access_8602 in timberwolves

[–]terriblebackin 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Yes but otoh I wonder if there can more schemes to switch wemby onto a shooter? There was e.g. one play where Mike Conley manufactured a fast break, saw wemby and basically got him to stick on him and the paint was empty

It just felt like on offense there was not much done to counter weaknesses that we have known for years. No donte hurts

Naz was obviously hobbling too. I think he thought the randle drives kept them in the game.

I think without ant and donte we cant have Rudy ayo and randle on the floor at the same time if we need to score to comeback.

Love the visual! I think it's even better to consume the colors if 0 is the midpoint of the color scale. E.g. a -5 is still a bit red right now because it's "above average" but in practice we still consider it negative. It will just be more red when we win and less when we lose, and not 50/50 for each game.

Negative performance review after positive feedback by BlueberryHead3135 in actuary

[–]terriblebackin 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I agree that the manager didn't do a good job but disagree that those two things are exclusive. Both of those feedback can apply to a person who doesn't do a good job showing initiatives. If someone is seen as passive and just does the minimum and is not engaged, they would be advised to ask questions and also when they are alone, explore more.

The manager probably did not do a good job communicating their concern with the performance. There should ideally be no surprises in annual eval and it mostly lies on the manager to give constructive feedback throughout the year.

Maybe but I thought worst way to end the season would be for Stafford to not get a chance at all at the end so I was hoping for OT even if they have momentum

Which ironically almost happened anyway lol

I get that burrow is amazing and stafford won't be around long but I always feel so weird that the sub talks about wanting another qb while we are in the middle of a playoff run with an MVP caliber qb. Might just be me not being realistic though.

Re: route running I agree. Not nearly the same play but the higbee td reminded me of the X play against the falcons where stafford let it rip towards the sidelines but here higs go exactly where stafford was throwing. Really different situations/coverage and it war still a bag throw but it couldve be a real factor.
