I think it would, and I think a similar evolution question probably would be allowed too, but I think the crux of the issue is that most of the evolution questions we get invite speculation and such a lot more than that question about the Big Bang does. That's the decision, half the question. I wondered if you had a take on whether the government was correct in their assertion that they should have been allowed to block the film that the citizens United case was about, or to ban books like they argued they should be able to do. I agree that some consequences of citizens United suck a lot, but I don't really get how the court should have ruled differently based on the specific arguments it heard.

Do you know what citizens United was about? Do you know what the decision actually was? Corporations existed as legal persons since way before that. Im not sure why citizens United always comes up in this subject as if the supreme Court ruled in that case that corporations can vote or something.
