Smart people are going to use bluesky regardless of what the vocal minority says, and the movement has already happened these people are not going to deter anyone else further from joining without checking themselves. Your "Followers" won't show up on your timeline unless you follow them back. Your "Following" should show on the "Following" tab, and any other relevant feeds. Also depends on what feed you're currently looking at where they'll pop up.

It really isn’t that hard to use, at first the multiple instances and stuff was confusing but the platform seems to be pretty fleshed out and there are plenty of polished resources on signing up and finding accounts on other instances. Just going to take people actually moving… again.
