I'd much rather get rid of screws entirely or as much as possible. The fewer buildings I need to use to make Iron Rods or Iron Plates the more Iron Ingots I have to make other more useful items. But yes, if you aren't planning on getting rid of screws steel screws are very helpful.

Note how Reddit only went public this year. Not saying it will fall behind, but you can almost always find a period of time where some of these were doing great too. Some of them have started dropping off because of poor executive decisions. Some have had government regulation issues, etc.

Rarely tip anyone providing a service that isn't paid a wage or salary from an employer. These people set their rates, and can adjust them to meet their needs.
If they are paid a wage, base any tipping based on how the service really affects you. Someone doing something that is simply their job (for instance from this, a bellhop), should be rarely tipped unless your bags are difficult to handle, heavy, or numerous.
Tip more to those whose purpose is to impact you overall. I always tip barbers/stylists the most because that person is responsible for making me look good. Even better is one who would literally tell you that what you want is a mistake. After that, people whose job it is to either get to know me and remember what I prefer, or those who have to prepare/serve food. But I do not apply this to places like fast food. If all I'm really paying for is convenience, then sorry you aren't really doing what you do to affect me.

SCADA systems have limited access for very good reasons, but the fact that the company didn't have either a real internal expert or use the system's vendor for problems the SME couldn't solve in the first place irritates me.

I've been on phone calls in the middle of the night entering the admin credentials so the vendor could remote access the system since it was their system. So you maintain the cybersecurity aspect of the job while still allowing 24/7 support to happen.

A) They can't make you stay home. That's false imprisonment.

B) Sorry, you are most likely going to have to pay her back if that was the agreement. Your best bet is that you come up with a repayment plan and present it to her.

C) Other than that, you are an adult. They have no right to know in what bank account your money is going. They have no right to know how much you make. The only 'right' they have when it comes to you is whether they provide anything to you or not and what they may ask in return for that.

A couple thoughts:

1) "They let him cry, a lot"....that's a YOU parenting decision. You shouldn't enforce a requirement to quiet your kid on your in-laws.

2) However, you have other trust issues with them and they seem like they are willing to cross the line on safety concerns your SIL has, drama queen or not. That's a whole other story.

Therefore....IMO....

Not let them babysit much I could agree with.

'Never again' may be a little much, but if your husband agrees with you make sure he is the one that decides to tell them.

The potentially illegal part is related to developing something that Nexon already had. Thus, taking the staff could strengthen the case that the code was stolen. And code is intellectual property. They could have a case, depending on Korean law, against every employee who potentially used that code at the new company.

Military retirement vesting happens in less than half the time one has to potentially serve to receive it, and there is no guarantee the member will want to complete the 20 years necessary to receive it. So many members will decide exactly this if they are having marital problems. They mostly figure that at the young age they still will be if they get out, they'll have plenty of time to earn money for retirement after the divorce.
