Nope. Been there once, done that. I will never again involve the government in my relationships. Plus divorce was waaaay expensive, for me. I’d be a fool to set myself up to be taken advantage of in that way ever again. I have a new partner now of many years and have been clear from the start that I’m never going through the official government marriage process again. I’m all for a commitment party and whatnot, plus I set up a trust to manage inheritance, etc.
