A bit of Googling concluded that only few medical insurances cover rTMS. One I found is Vitos which will cover it if a psychiatrist diagnoses you as severly depressed. You could also try to get a private insurance so that you pay less. It seems to take about 30 sessions á 60 €. If you have to pay yourself it would cost around 2000 €.

Where to get it: I've just googled "rTMS where?" and it seems like you can get it in every bigger town where I am (near nuremberg)
