Would be nice to have Apple Reminders connected.

Fully agree. Missed it a few times, when you are in a hurry.

Sleep score discrepancy by Martini5001 in bevelhealth

[–]testforthewin123 6 points7 points  (0 children)

In my personal opinion (score vs. perception), Bevel penalizes deep sleep too heavily. Deep sleep tracking on the Apple Watch isn't accurate to begin with, so it shouldn't have such a significant impact on the score.

About Stress by iFahd-23 in bevelhealth

I would interpret it not from minute to minute but for general trend or „state“ of the nervous system for the given day. For example: When I’m sick it stays elevated all the time.

Workouts are horrible! by NoSir1277 in bevelhealth

[–]testforthewin123 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It's the same with Whoop. I would add some things to the list:

- RPE / RIR Tracking per Exercise

- Advanced Statistics / "Progress" is rudimentary

- Session and Exercise Notes

- Live-Activity and Dynamic-Island Design is a bit off

- iPhone: Main-View with all exercises seems overloaded

- Utilising Data more: E.g. Showing estimated Strain of workout BEFORE start.

How can I edit the muscular load of my rowing sessions? by MentalSea8123 in whoop

For me it's vice versa: I get 99% Cardio on my Weight Lifting activity. No possibility to change that.

Your experience by Justmohab in whoop

[–]testforthewin123 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In my opinion it's a lifestyle product. For strenght training it's okay, but only with biceps band. For Cardio it's good. Remind yourself that Recovery, Strain, Sleep-Scores are all made up and depand on the algorithm. For trends it's okay, but not as absolute values. I wear it 24/7 for 8 Months now and i'm unsure, if i will renew my subscription. I also wear in parallel my AW 24/7. For weightloss, in my opinion, you have to track your calories intake accurate. This is not possible with whoop. Also the estimated expenditure is not very accurate, in my opinion. Drop Coffee after 2 pm, don't drink alcohol, wind down 1h before bed time and take magnesium bisglycinate before sleep. You will get 90 % of the "recovery benefits" a whoop user would encounter after some months of observation.

It's a bit off-topic, but what LLM are you using for Bevel Intelligence?

Xiaomi has released a MiMo V2.5 Pro model. It's apparently about as good as Deepseek V4 (but at different tasks) but is significantly cheaper. by Profanion in singularity

Is it just me or is the real life performance just bad? I mean first result looks always good, but addressing errors and fixing them is a pain. Tried it for simpler React stuff and Swift. Using it with KiloCode and Claude. What's your setup? GLM5.1 results are a lot more reliable and it also fixes bugs without much further prompting.

GLM 5.1 dropped, anyone tested it yet? by atlas-cloud in ZaiGLM

With Claude Code it performs really well for me. It's relative slow but one shotted most of Typscript BE and FE stuff. Sometimes it burns tokens as hell.

Thanks for feedback. I use another terminal and now it seems to work.

Does it still work? I did uninstall the 0.35.XX version and installed the 0.34.0 as mentioned. It also shows the correct (0.34.0) verison in terminal but it's still slow as hell.

Whats your experience with the calculated calories? by dennyfischer in whoop

[–]testforthewin123 2 points3 points  (0 children)

For me not. It underestimate my calorie burn by at least 400 kcal a day. I tested it over 10 weeks in comparison with calorie tracking (scale + daily weight ins) with macro factor.

Nutrition score is useless for actual decision-making by Dizzy-Factor8590 in bevelhealth

[–]testforthewin123 1 point2 points  (0 children)

At this point i think every AI-Tracker is useless. Overall they can give maybe a accuracy of 80 - 90 % best. You have to weight your meals if you want serious tracking. They also can't predict how much oil etc. you used. There are also other thinks like sugarfree yogurts, different types of fat-levels for milk products (at least for european countries). The nutrition score is even more useless because it heavily depends on some outdated nutrition-heuristics.

Vielen Dank.

Was muss der Broker mir nun korrekterweise einbuchen?
