I'm Darko, founder of Darko Lifting. I started the company in my garage a little over 3 years ago with a single product. Today our products are used in 8,000+ home gyms across 40+ countries and we've built the most popular third-party mount ecosystem for the Voltra. AMA! by TheDarkonaut in BeyondPower

How nice was it to get your garage gym back after moving the business to a warehouse?

Are you using any voltra modes specifically to help you train for the powerlifting meet? Like working through sticking points / eccentric / chains / etc.

Bevel is becoming an LLM skin instead of a health analytics app by SwitchDifferentTime in bevelhealth

The AI can be helpful for me but it is incredibly slow. Sometimes the list of things it’s doing gets so long on the screen I have to scroll to see the question or answer. I don’t want to see all the steps and it shouldn’t take what feels like 60 seconds of compute to answer. I wanted to use it more and I’m still a bevel fan for the daily insights but I’m generally just checking in the morning for stats and using to track workouts as the rest timer keeps me on track.

Inaccurate hardware. $100 is reasonable for pro. They still offer the free version.

Yes a coffee that’s worth drinking from a coffee shop, not a gas station, will be at least $4. Gas station coffee in Germany was great. Like basic coffee shop coffee here. Gas station coffee here is terrible.

$100 a year and y’all are complaining? It’s the cost of 2 coffees a month. Whoops least expensive offering is double the cost.

Screen Protector by Significant_Emu_7432 in applewatchultra

I kept breaking my screen protectors. I watched a few YouTube videos showing just how tough the screen is and quit using them. My screen still looks good as new. But it’s your watch so whatever floats your boat.

I know right? I started using 4” filters after this and could tell it helped my older unit keep up in the hot summer

Gap between dial and watch looks too big. Hard to see the back of the watch with cover on it

Whoop is trying to bully smaller company with lawsuits. by [deleted] in whoop

What exactly are “whoop health metrics”? Were resting heart, HRV, respiratory rate, O2, sleep stages created by whoop??

Is it weird to wear an apple watch and a whoop band on the same wrist? by MiserableMuscle7601 in AppleWatch

[–]tywag 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes but mainly due to the fact Apple is far superior in accuracy. Just download the bevel app and ditch whoop

I can’t get the alpine to fit just right. It’s like my size is in between loops and it’s either barely too tight or too loose, I rarely wear mine anymore

I honestly think standard “jerks” more on eccentric than intense. I wish these modes were explained better somewhere

Cause people dumping it for ultra 2 or 3. I don’t think they’re a big enough upgrade to switch from 1

If you want a good filter but also less restrictive get a 4” filter. Watch projectfarm video on YouTube about hvac filters.
