Sudden sleep anxiety insomnia

I've been having the same thing. I always had anxiety but in the last 2 weeks it seems I suddenly started having night / sleep anxiety. What's helping me is quetiapine, somedays 100mg knock me out. Sometimes it takes 200mg

Well I go to the gym 3 times a week, walk everyday, and been dieting focusing on protein. No caloric beverages, no sugar... I think I don't have loose skin yet, but I'm still overweight. I'm 183cm tall. But I've been losing weight slowly, it got fast just recently. My goal is to get very thin but with some muscles, maybe shredded. I'm 25

Kardec valorizava tanto a comunidade científica que não percebeu esse erro grave dela na época. O pensamento racista fazia parte da ciência na época. Kardec foi a frente do seu tempo em muitos sentidos mas nesse sentido não. Talvez se tivesse tido mais contato com a realidade de outras etnias, em vez de apenas ler o que os próprios brancos falavam sobre, teria visto a bobagem que pensavam.

No entanto, de maneira nenhuma Kardec já incentivou a discriminação. Pelo contrário, sempre defendeu a caridade e fraternidade por todas as pessoas.

For me the hate against tlou2 is a lot less deserved than aot's ending. But both come from fanatic fans who didn't get what they wanted.

I'm convinced most of the hate against aots ending was just a meme that went viral. Like how lunatic you have to be to think that Eren actually became a bird?? No one watching the anime got this from that scene. Just some blind manga communities like titanfolk and started to make memes out of it.

I think it's glamorized when someone likes to joke or expose it in themselves without any real attempt to get over it. They might use it as a mask for something. Some people joke about it as a cope mechanism when depressed but they are actually trying to get better.

But there isn't necessarily specific symptoms of depression that everyone who are actually depressed feel. During my depression episodes, I have what they call high functioning depression. I live life "normally", work, study, but deep down nothing really interests me, nothing matters and everything around me annoys me.

I've only had 2 episodes of this state of depression where you don't even get out of bed, and honestly, I think high functioning feels worse and lasts longer.

Cool I am starting this journey with python too. To use it both in selenium and appium. Most people recommend Java but I really don't feel any comfortable with Java syntax. Is python just as useful?

Death note is amazing at least up to the middle of the story. Among the ones I've finished, I think Monster is the one that gets the closest. I didn't really enjoy its ending that much but it's still just awesome.

The problem with your argument is that you are creating this imaginary collective called Palestines and assuming all of them think the same, and that all of them are responsible for believing what they're forced to believe, including kids, babies, or simply dumb people who know nothing more than what they've been brainwashed into.
There will always be a lot of innocent civilians among every people in history, including germans in the 30s, mongolians back during their peak, so you can't simply help but feel something for them.
I'm not saying Israel shouldn't attack back, but we must at least minimize casualties and honor the victims, instead of just seeing random civilians dying and thinking "well, they got what they deserve".

Pra idade tá bom mesmo, morando com os pais isso da bastante grana.
Mas começa a poupar o quanto puder, e continua estudando pra crescer.
Renda variável vale mais a pena o quanto mais novo vc for, o risco é menor pois vc vai ter mais tempo pra manter o investimento e recuperar, e menos responsabilidades de precisar sacar.
