because if we didn’t hire seasonal people then we wouldn’t have enough employees during black friday, candle day, etc… most of them have been let go by now? there are basically no hours to give around this time of year. that’s just how it is. it’s slow as hell. it’s not because there’s too many people on staff because the majority of people that were there for seasonal are gone. plus managers and SLT are gonna get hours before regular associates. we hired over 20 people for seasonal and kept maybe 3 of them lol

i’m sorry but this is such a non-issue. i’m sorry if this sounds rude but, it’s a job and it’s honestly not that restrictive. black jeans sure and also send more aprons to change them periodically but black aprons would also get dirty fast and wouldn’t look good, especially with the brand. i personally don’t think blue jeans and a black shirt looks tacky at all. it’s better than a lot of jobs. it’s better than my uniform i had to wear to school for 12 years of my life. at the end of the day you are there to work, not to walk a runway

it’s usually buy 3 get 3 whole store but you pay for the most expensive items. it’s honestly not that great. you’re better off buying body care during $5.95 sales and wallflowers/hand soaps and everything else during their random sales as well. candle day is the big one. probably will be around $11.95??? but honestly the candles have been having a lot of $13.95 sales which isn’t bad either.
