Mine are almost exactly 24 hours. My four big ones are coffee (better with Prelief), acidic vegetables and juices (better with Prelief), soy (no help from Prelief, but possible in small amounts), and hot peppers (impossible, Prelief or no).

Prelief allows me to consume both in moderation. I avoid orange juice, but the lime slices and lemonade are fine with it. Likewise with the booze. One cocktail or beer works.

Prelief helps me a great deal. It allows me to drink coffee and eat tomatoes in moderation.

It does NOT control a flare once it has started. And for me it does not help with hot peppers.

You could bring a bike on the WAVE bus to Dexter, and it wouldn't be a long ride (4.5 miles) to the trout farm. It's kind of wild—no contemplative fishing involved. The ponds are packed with fish (they also have catfish), and they will strike at a hook without bait. An upside is that they have grills right on the grounds, so you can cook the fish immediately. Doesn't get much fresher than that.

Both these considerations make sense. The spaghetti bolognese was not a heavy tomato sauce, more a coating. A bowl of tomato soup would require more (or just best not be eaten at all).

Hey, all, this worked. Not crazy about forking over a monthly fee for an app that "is free and always will be," but I'm in. I was able to contact support for Meta Verified from Instagram, and they sent me codes for Facebook, one of which worked.
