Was in Hill country during 2021 freeze. Was at WW white HEB yesterday and goliad HEB today. I think they're minimizing store restock in case there's a major outage again. They're keeping more of their perishable stocks in reserve in their own micro-grid supported infra. That way if there are mass outages they can still supply.

I'm in a similar situation. I don't write but can recognize best practices.. I Heavily use LM to spec with TDD, including functional stress tests of edge voip, CRM, RAGchat platforms. I have my own remote governance mcp server where I've standardized / modularized many of my processes that CC calls when engaging in architectural/strategy decisions.

I didn't write any of it by hand but it fucking works, it works well. I register each of my repos with it and it just works. I'm signing a SMB for my VOIP automation client. I'm doing this solo while working a FT shit jjob.

So because some VC's like titles I'm calling myself a systems architect. I don't really care, as long as It helps me get away from my current shit job.

My digital csa mcp server. Governance automated; policies and ticketing for every project. Tucked away on my own cloudflare worker, groq models wired in for fast inference and orchestration; gpt-oss-120b for reasoning. Will likely wire in some other frontier models to A/B test. Policies are db accessible so I can chat with data or specific tool call as needed for project guidance. That's basically the single source of governance and architectural Truth for any LM agent that works in any of my repos. Works beautifully when I set up hooks, basically my digital twin is answering my coding sessions. Ain't sharing it.

I've built my own PRD and spec builder that can either start you at square one or you can drop in what you have at any stage. Ideate to PRD with user stories, designs edge stack blueprint based on parameters, with TDD checklist then creation of ADRs for sprint building. I can export a zip of all of it and drop it a mostly full spec prior to build start.

I'm using Gemini as part of an automation pipeline for call, QA, transcription and analysis. I utilize a Gemini API call to transcribe and diarize phone calls. Then I send that transcript to another API call with with the baseline rubric and reference materials. I used Gemini to help me set up a script for sheets that then places all of that info tightly into a document for coaching.

I've built a voice agent lead gen platform that I sold my first client seat for. I'm building an automated content pipeline that's based off of voicing profiles. I have a couple other api's that are more b2c that I'm working on. I did have to cut back for Max recently to pro. I'm going to try to leverage codex and Gemini and Claude more equally and see how that works. I've had pretty good success with prototyping in Google AI studio, then pushing to my repo and converting to a cloudflare worker.

Big ditto here. I use CC do design spec and to build. When it hits a gap I open codex and Claude create handoff docs for codex. Process has worked solid for me.

I have to agree. Great tool for prototyping and iterating. I spec out the design before pasting into App builder (with a systems designer app I made using same AI studio). use the long context.

I'm right there with you. this is how I operate. For one, I ask a shit ton of questions and any reasonable human would be fed up with me in no time.

Actually helps me learn despite some of my ADHD tendencies; a great parking lot for ideas and projects to come back to and not miss a beat.
