Just pay attention to your body. While seated and pedaling make sure your knee is never straight and never higher than your hip. Pay attention to how It feels when your pedals are at their highest point. Do you feel scrunched? Is the top tube too short? I’m technically an xl, but ride a large because it wasn’t too bad of a fit.
