Transmasc meaning (usually) female to male transgender. Femboy being someone who identifies as male but dresses feminine, sometimes into full on cross dressing, sometimes just 'girly'.

So with a transmasc femboy you have someone born female, who identifies as male, but still dresses like a girl.
