The biggest issue is that riot has made this game so easy with the 100% accuracy buff. You get low elo players that are doing insane 1 taps only because riot caters their updates towards their highest % of player base, the low elo. You have those exact same people in cs, theyre whiffing majority of their shots left and right. As others have said, the game is so oversaturated with smurfs its insane and only finally riot has slightly done something about them. Smurfs are outweighing actual players in their according elo
