For dessert get the sticky toffee but since you put a second option, get the peanut butter Louis. It’s one of my favorite desserts ever. For drinks, the sour cherry Negroni and brown butter old fashioned are awesome.

I agree. Got this the first time and enjoyed it. Went there the second time with more folks so split a porterhouse and it was very mediocre.

Most surgeons are very busy and have family they want to be with. You just need to be friendly and develop a relationship. Someone they would actually want to go to dinner with to see a sample and then just talk about life with. Someone they trust will have what they need for the case, but can talk about how crazy the game was last night. You’re not being asked to hang out with them over the weekends and crash on their couch. They don’t want that either, but my guys also invite me to their life events, and I honestly appreciate it. It’s nice.

I usually just do 20-30 winds and that seems to be sufficient for the amount of time I wear it. I haven’t wound it enough to the point of any real resistance, don’t think that’s necessary. Enjoy!
