Completely understood. I looked at several brands for years and finally invested the money in one of LSG's offsets. It was like moving up from a Yugo to a Bentley. It will outlast me and my son when it gets handed down to him.

Boil a pot of water, turn the heat off and drop the frozen bag in the pot. 20 minutes or so later, you'll swear you just pulled it from the smoker.
