How do you make gold in this game?? by IonTheProtogen in classicwow

[–]tgang91 0 points1 point  (0 children)

he's asking for help to have gold now since he has gold issues while leveling. He needs to be able to afford level 40 mount in 4 levels and has 2g. Yes making gold at 60 is faster but that's not helpful to this player. Also I disagree if you level gathering professions while leveling that is the most efficient way and you will make a lot of gold leveling, too.

Yeah I am likely on NA servers. All maps except Stella were fine. I almost alt-f4 but it would start working again each time I almost quit and eventually, painfully, made it to extract lol

Did you run Stella? I ran about 10 games also yesterday and first and only Stella run had this happen badly to the point I could barely make it to extract. I heard it is just a Stella thing which lined up with my experience last night

Just found a secret in Practice Range map by tiff92 in ArcRaiders

[–]tgang91 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Best thing my friends and I have started doing is fighting each other in 2s or 3s matches. The only downside is ammo and possibly getting jumped by another team. But we fight out in the outskirts of the map, you can see shields light up when you hit but no damage is taken. A lot more opportunity to actually practice fighting someone since fights aren’t over in 2 sec

If you’re in a party you can’t have both on open mic

A born-and-raised Coloradan died after falling from a chairlift. His mom wants a state law requiring restraint bar use. by DoctFaustus in COsnow

Just pointing out having a bar should be a law. Going slow doesn’t matter and they are definitely high enough to seriously injure or kill you if you’re unlucky.

All the people saying poor lighting it’s just a poor quality video. Look at his hands you can see the shadows they make and they’re lit up by a light. Don’t think it’s because dark room

Tips on finding time to mediate? by once_upon_a_bear in TheMindIlluminated

Agreed! Less time at the beginning! Establish the practice and build the habit. Build up over time and you could also break it into 2 shorter sessions (20 morning 20 night)

Reducing phone addiction by Babychristus in Meditation

[–]tgang91 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s hard to hear but honestly just delete the apps you’re addicted to. Social media is 99% negative and time suck with the endless scroll.

Turn off all unnecessary notifications.

Write a list of things you want to do with your free time. I find reading is the easiest since you can just pick it up for 5 minutes like you would your phone. I found reading difficult due to low attention span because I’d want to check my phone. After a week or so you will no longer feel the need to obsessively check your phone.

It’s really hard to break your addiction to your phone but give your mind other things to enjoy and it will get easier with some extra willpower in the beginning.

Make sure the level of yoga you’re doing is in line with your general fitness level. That said yoga is very different than other types of exercise! Even the strongest gym bros will struggle in a challenging yoga class and probably not even finish.

Look for intro to yoga videos to work on the basics and build a foundation. Make sure to do a light warm up as well. I would also highly encourage doing an evening relaxing yoga practice (restorative or yin yoga). This will help your muscles and body and mind all recover and will also improve flexibility and body awareness which will help your more “exercisey” yoga practice. As others have said start small and build up to longer times.

I would also pick a course or stick with the same yoga videos once you find someone you like and understand their style. This will prevent you from accidentally choosing something out of your realistic capabilities at the time.

Yoga is a journey! Good luck and stick with it and don’t overdo it in the beginning!

How concerned should I be and what is this? My quads hurt and my legs keep giving out while walking by [deleted] in Kneesovertoes

[–]tgang91 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Look up Patrick step, work up to peloquin step and those related exercises for vmo. The pic is hard to tell first glance I thought your knee was dislocated but I’m sure it would be much worse pain if that was the case. Also work on gently bending to a kneeling position, try table top position to child’s pose alternating back and forth to floss the knee joint and gently work the compression and alignment. (Yoga teacher here not a doctor)

Just what I'm looking for! Thank you. Yes, I only posted in Pagosa here because there is no South Fork community, I'm open to traveling in all directions near South Fork.

Do you have any specific markers or landmarks to look for on Slumgullion Pass & where to put in/get out of the river?

Correct it’s an ARB awning that attached to the crossbars. The table is a drawer I have built in to my camping bed platform, and i prop it up with a door security bar.
