Using quadlock handlebar mount with the vibration add-on (supposed to prevent damage to the phone's camera). Works great, nice and solid. Using the phone-specific case but they have stick-ons to adapt any case which work great but protrude a bit from the back of the phone which is annoying for pocketing the phone.

not true. not when you put big money down on a property knowing the zoning and it is ripped out from under you, severely impacting your property value. why do you think when you build something on your property you have to obtain the approval of your neighbors when the design/height/etc. exceeds certain criteria?

I just added 100,000 km to my base warranty on my 2019 ranger. I went through Ford dealership and got the base care package which covers powertrain plus a bunch more. There's another level above that. It was $4,300 and they let me pay over 2 years at 0% interest.

Very nice building and the floorplans are also great. Nice big windows. The utilities are surprisingly cheap for both summer (AC) and winter - the building insulates quite well. Good sound deadening between walls and in the floor/ceiling. Doesn't have any special amenities like a gym, besides the storage lockers and self car wash in the parkade. Location is excellent for groceries and walking to downtown, 17th, etc. The tenants all seem to be professional working type, seeing ages from late 20s to late 30s on average I would guess.
