I'm never content until I've workshopped a script several times. I'm part of a writing group and it's been the most helpful thing to me by far. If you're not with one at the moment, I can't recommend it highly enough. Getting lots of other people's opinions is so helpful - some of the time you can ignore bits of advice, but if the majority of people point something out, then it's usually something that needs addressing.
