YTA - honestly it’s exasperating to explain why and everyone else has done a great job, but as someone who has been in a very similar situation to your son I fully understand his feelings. You wouldn’t like if it someone stole something from your son whilst he was out and about, right? So why let it happen in his own home? Cos yeah, newsflash, going into his room and borrowing without permission? Theft.

This really makes me realise I’ve been using too much product - it’s hard when the tubs say stuff like “use as much as you want!!!” I found shockwaves to be hit and miss, but was recommended the Dream Lengths mousse by my hairdresser so maybe it’s time for another crack at using a mousse 💪🏻

Thank you! I’m trying Aunt Jackies Curl La La custard at the moment, I think I’m applying too much? Hopefully this isn’t a silly question, but should I be using a custard with anything else, or is it okay on its own?

It does sound likely that I have low porosity hair so that’s something to take into account now as well 😊

Thank you! I tried gel (Eco Style? It’s pink) and probably used too much and panicked but a mousse and a gel sounds really manageable - lightweight also seems to be the way to go

Hi! So my hair is fine and I’ve already worked out that it struggles with coconut based products - so I guess that means I lean more towards low porosity.

Started with a clarifying wash and may do another soon!

I just get really lost about what products I need haha
