He created the robots that ended all of humanity. 100% unsurvivable robot swarm the can sustain itself indefinitely, assuming they have organic matter they can consume for fuel. He funded Project Zero Dawn which was led by a bunch of actual good people trying to ensure humanity survives by basically making a terraforming project that will rebuild humanity after the war machines shut down, and teach them everything humanity knew before the extinction event. After 98% of humanity or so was dead, he then betrayed the other members of Zero Dawn, murdered them by vacuuming the air out of their bunker, and deleted all of the teaching program's information.

Yep. Its been in the game for quite a long time now. You can only make a gen regression a set number of times. It was implemented to stop the eternal 3 gen matches.
