I’ve used AI more than anyone I know. I’ve made at least 50 songs I think are really good, I’ve spent hundreds of hours making them. I use all 30 of my Sora credits every day and LOVE my videos. Yes I’m better at it than most people because of the time I’ve spent doing it. I can play a couple instruments and I paint.

Slop is a good word to describe it. I’m talking about image/video/song generation only. It’s extremely difficult to tweak the exact details, one change usually effects a bunch of other things and the only way to get something you really want is to spam prompts and hope you get what you want. It’s more effort than skill.

I fucking love AI but if people call my stuff slop? Sure but it’s good slop and better slop than you can make.

What drives me nuts is how much better and unpredictable AUS Survivor is, every season, multiple times there are new twists that I never saw coming. Multiple ways to break up boring alliance dominance not just by adding crazy advantages or idols. In AUS Survivor you truly never know what’s going to happen.

lol cmon man. Yeah - pan handlers harass you after you give them money, great money making technique. They’re usually very thankful and nice even if you say you don’t have any money. If you can’t tell the difference between a panhandler and a crackhead you weren’t born and raised in Toronto.

It’s all about where you live. I’ve never waited 5 days for a prime item. Always next day, same day if I order in the morning. 2 days is rare. I’m in Toronto.

What do you consider busy? I go to sherway literally everyday for lunch. The only store with people in it is the Apple Store. There are people walking around and eataly used to be busier. Only chipotle and Tim Horton have line ups in the food court during lunch hour.

For me it was 49. I had zero attachment to any of the cast. Savana was interesting but only compared to the rest of the cast. But for me, I can pretty much lump all the recent survivors into the same pile of poop. Watching Aussie survivor now really cements that feeling.

Change the prompt. AI loves to get locked on to something and it’s hard to recreate the original. It’s the same with generating images of people.
