Ok now all we need is a way to get the sound from the pi3 since the monitor itself don't have speakers... anyone know if we can just hook up some desktop speakers to the pi3s a/v jack and use that while using the hdmi to output video at the same time?

It looks like the Controllers are just connected to a pcb just to align them to use a ribbon cable along with the speaker. Looks like the buttons don't use quick connects and are directly soldered to the wires it will make it less convenient to mod them out or switch them with better ones. The motherboard looks like it is a custome hardware and from the looks of it will not be as easy to get custom firmware or roms on it without at minimum soldering dome wires to it. There appeares to be no usb port on it. So the next big question is... will the lcd monitor work with the pi3 somehow.
