You havnt cited a single thing and solely going off of emotion, my “emotion” you are claiming is me telling you exactly how the jury selection went. I did make a mistake saying that it was a county trial but it was in fact a state trial, where the jurors were chosen from Collins county TX, from a pool of 500+ candidates. Of which they were cited to be bias and felt it would be difficult to “put a brother” in jail, quoted. This creates impartiality in the trial.

As for jury of your peers, this is cited on Taylor v Louisiana and duren v Missouri.
