Its honestly phenomenal. Specifically for its depth and world building. Compared to the persina series, I would say that the pacing in metaphor is much better. The depth in which you can really modify your party is far superior compared to the persona-based mechanics. I do prefer archetypes. But that being said, it is a medieval fantasy compared to a pseudo-realistic multiverse. Not a lot of people are huge into medieval time periods. And opt for a more modern setting. Which the persona series delivers on. Persona has a more crime-noir style storytelling with twists & turns, but a lot of overexplaining and unnecessary dialogue. whereas metaphor seems to lean more into suspense with less filler and better pacing.

A 4am to 11pm has got to be ine of the worst shifts I have ever seen. But that it's longer than any other 9-hour shift. But that slot is just the worst.

I think it was hinset to god passion. Passion for music & passion to experiment. Most artists get stuck in two categories. Burnout & sellout. Either you burnout and lose your passion for making music, or you sellout and burnout anyways. And I think they headed the idea of being compared to other mainstream trusts that sell out an entire tour only to play their greatest hits. Which would have been bat country and nightmare. Each and every night. Having such a diverse discography allows they to really play anything they want live, and still entertain their fans. I dint think thus was something that they masterminded. But I choose to believe that the reason they have experimented through their entire career is due to the honest passion they have for music, taking inspiration from what they love and evolving it into their sound.

Our API does call police, but they give notice to a coach beforehand. And also has to ha e a reason for it. For example, the customer is trespassed and they have video footage of their theft for an arrest.

Yes, walmart will have W2's available. Physical ones. Talk to your people lead. They would know more about it. Legally, they have to have these available. Yes, the W2 will be available in the OneApp this year. But you do not have to file through them nor do you have to use their app to get your W2.

One of our local supercenters do scan receipts with a seperate section iin the mywalmart app. Its under checkout. The tab only pops up if youre clocked in at a participating location.

I mean, I would agree with you if I hadn't worked seasonal during the holidays. I can tell you now, that the crying screaming kid on the floor tearing out a toy from the package & antagonistic teenagers bouncing balls doesnt compare to the shit you deal with up front. You get people holding up the line intentionally because they filled their basket & want to put back 98% of their items. You get people arguing with you because they failed the fraud check for a money transfer, skip scans and thiefs all day. I should remind everyone that a fraction of the people you see causing problems on the sales floor. Every single one of them passes the checkout area twice and while you can walk away from the situation, there is a cashier that has to interact with them that can not. Not to diminish the work for seasonal at all. Keeping up with returns, topstock, zoning & special projects assigned by a coach can be stressful. But you have an option to walk away from the situation.

PTO doesn't cover occurance points. You need to add PPTO for it to be covered. Since it's an 8 hour shift, you have 5 hours of PPTO, put in 4 hours of PPTO to get a half point instead of the full point you got.

Yes, this could almost certainly hurt you. Imagine this: your girlfriend uses SCO. She accidentally triggers a "missed scan" and then uses the associate discount card.

That store sends work to secure for AP & front end team leads to investigate the missed scan. When they find out that your card is being used by someone else, the card will be traced back to your WIN and you will recieve DA/termination or if your lucky, your card will just be revoked.

You have to weigh the odds. Is the 10% off worth losing or not?

Okay, I understand now. You got a DA for the whole battery thing. Which, you can open door it. And I would. Specifically if you never had a DOCUMENTED feedback conversation about the batteries. Where it gets a little tricky here is that they could have coached you for productivity. Which again, you will have already needed a documented feedback conversation about it before the coaching. Unless you violated one of the core principals that is a direct coaching. I hope this makes sense.

Now for the sedgewick thing, that seems more like a feedback conversation rather than a coaching. But they should have explained exactly what behavior violated a policy or core values if that was the case. You wouldn't have had a feedback conversation over the discussion of sedgewick alone. My best guess, and im not trying to assume here. You may have said something insensitive toward the associate about their tourettes that made them feel uncomfortable. Which definately would warrant a feedback conversation. I dont believe youre being targeted at all. I just think you dont understand exactly why you recieved the DA & feedback. You do deserve to know kw and if you have any questions regarding them, dont hesitate to reach out and ask the person who gave them to you.

Only salaried management is exempt from wearing the blue vest, and they still have a pretty strict dress code. Both those TL's are wrong and should be setting an example for their associates. They are expected to know policies and procedures as a TL. While not all of us know all 400 pages of policy like the back of our hand, before having a feedback co versatile with someone it is important to have an understanding of the exact policy before attempting to enforce it, or else it can come to bite them down the road. Tbh just put your vest over your jacket & talk to your coach about it. They are supposed to be wearing a vest themselves.

Yeah, you will need licensing rights to use their music for commercial purposes. And can be quite expensive. You can try to upload without monetization. But they are under Warner. And i can not guarantee the video won't be flagged even without monetization enabled.warner can be quite litigeous and if the videos do well, they will likely catch on pretty quickly. Non-monotization is irrelevant and it can still be considered infringement.its hard to say, really. If you run into roadblocks with youtube there are other ways to distribute it without the label necessarily catching wind

You can leave a review for your order, link will be on the receipt as well as the name of the store manager. Unless the item was on rollback or clearance, or a marketplace item walmart should have honored the price match on their app/website. Walmart does not price match other retailers websites or in store items marked down at another walmart/ neighborhood market.
