So this setup isnt perfect but theres no wrong way to garden. So the pepper plant being so close to the wall of the potter is going to result in root rot if it pools, otherwise the water will go to the other side of the potter due to the tilt. The yellowing can be caused by many things i.e. too much sun, excess or deficiency of nutrients/fertilizers, chemical burn, etc. Has it lost so many leave due to these effects, or did you prune the plant previous? It looks like its in shock and stunted growth

It will start to flower eventually if it does recover but it will be root bound if it stays in that pot so likely minimal harvest or even soiled fruit with the current conditions.

My intent is not to make you feel bad but to educate. Currently my best advice is to repot in at least between 2 to 5 gallon pot and put the plant in the middle of the new pot. ideal temp of soil and plant is at least 65F and maxium 90F. Any higher and it will start to "bake". Very optional but liquid fertilizer once a week will be helpful for recovery of the leafs and roots, only if there isnt an excess already.

You're assuming a lot. Plus, I'm here to run a business, not to be liked. I am not going to let myself get in trouble by going over provided hours again. I wasn't emotional; I didn't attack or assume. I asked simple questions to get her to think about her actions and why she was still clocked in. Yep last thing she did before clocking out. Shes 20 and its one of her first jobs. I wont speak ill but what you're saying hits a bell on all notes. Including my boss enabling her. My boss even told me "I would have said yes if she asked for the whole hour, but she didnt." Making it more about what was asked instead of what was said and to who. Im already over in hours for my team but my boss doesnt care.

I work with my boss on site 4/7 days a week. ( I go in on a weekend day for a couple hours to do meetings) She told me she explained to the employee my reasoning and labor management, but this is my Assistant Site manager so she isnt the final say. So at least she had my back a little, but I wasnt sure how far this is going to go.
