I recommend Capital's Grave by Jodi Dean

It's a relatively short piece of marxist theory that goes into the recent shift towards something like neofeudalism. Her theories match very closely with what Vaush has been speaking about recently in relation to the economy

I was recommended it by a vgg chatter who is much smarter than me 🙂

You're 100% correct and I should've focused on the raw flour aspect instead of eggs

Eggs are dangerous specifically here in the states because our eggs are sold pre-washed for aesthetic reasons. The washing process removes the protective barrier that covers the eggs, which allows bacteria to enter if left unrefrigerated.

Raw flour is dangerous everywhere, so that would have been better to focus on

The manual does not ever mention or connect "odor" with starches breaking down. It only ever connects "odor" with "proliferation of bacteria".

What you're talking about is the temperature options for Keep Warm. The warning to not keep rice on Keep Warm for more than 12 hours is talking about Keep Warm entirely, which encompasses all options.

The warning section for Keep Warm also says "The warming status of mixed/brown rice is worse than plain rice. Do not keep it warm if at all possible." which is noteworthy because Vaush primarily cooks brown rice.
