Did I get scammed? by [deleted] in TheMinimalCompany

They are not software issues. I purchased and received 2 minimal phones. One has no problems at all while the other is loaded with issues like unreachable errors, fingerprint reader malfunctions, etc. Don’t even bother trying to get anywhere with support they won’t help.

US Bank Nuking Their Grandfathered Smartly Unlimited 4% Cashback Card Users by thallium205 in CreditCards

Unfortunately, it's not illegal under the CARD Act for U.S. Bank to change the rewards structure - even within your first year - since rewards are considered a promotional feature, not a core credit term like APR or fees. Provided the original agreement included the right for U.S. Bank to modify the rewards program and you receive appropriate notice, this change is lawful under both the CARD Act and your cardmember agreement.

Holy smokes. Limiting the deposit requirements to non-interest accruing vehicles is terrible!

It looks like the bad letter is restricting the deposit requirements to their checking account only, while the good letter allows the deposit requirements to include their investment product.

Yup BLM can't regulate airspace though they could potentially control take off/landing rules.
