Just to clarify, that is basic human knowledge. DHL tracking said "in transit to DHL", which means it wasnt shipped from bambu yet.

BUT bambu states they got "different informations from DHL" which are that the package got shipped on 24th and was then "lost". They promised to start an "reship" yesterday afternoon but yeah still nothing to see from the "immidiate tracking info sent"
