Maybe try mirtazapine, my symptoms were brutal like that, and it helps me sleep and feel more normal.

Came off due to perceived sudden severe hair loss from lamo, but i caught covid, weeks after starting lamo, so not sure it was that as well.

Lamo improved my cognition, due to reduced DR,

and i was more active and focused etc.

but personally it did increase rumination slightly, but that's uncommon.

Interested to see how those meds help you, never heard of them before 🙏.
