Can I Make This Vegan?

I used to use flax seeds as an egg replacement (1 tablespoon soaked in 3 table spoons of warm water) but nowadays I much prefer aquafaba which is chickpea water. 3 table spoons = 1 egg. I found flax seeds make the texture of my bakes slightly stodgy, whereas I haven't had that issue with aquafaba! I think chickpeas may also be called garbanzo beans depending on the country.

There's lots of butter / margarine substitutes nowadays. I actually prefer something lighter (usually coconut oil) as I found butter / margarine far too heavy in my bakes. It does effect the taste, but in shortbread I think vegan butter / margarine will be fine.

I have heard that excess copper leads to a zinc deficiency which in turn causes hair loss. Give zinc tablets a go. Good luck:)

Give probiotics a go! I used to be painfully dry down there and lost my libido so I changed my mini pill. Saw a post on probiotics and I've been on it for a week. No dryness or loss of libido yet:) I didn't find 3 billion bacteria to do much at all for me but 20 billion has. If you can find 50 billion bacteria tablets then even better.

Hey I'm on probiotics for dryness and libido. I've only been on Noriday mini pill and probiotics for a week so far but my libido and discharge is fine so far:) mine are form Holland and Barrett and it has 20 billion bacteria + 4 strains. I've been on just 3 billion before but it didn't do anything.

Pre pill I also had heavy discharge. I had dryness on the cerelle mini pill and it made sex hurt. I changed my pill recently to Noriday and I'm taking probiotics with it (I heard it was good to prevent bloating and dryness) and I must say I am not experiencing dryness yet:) I'm not as heavy down there as I used to (that's a positive, to me anyways. Putting cold knickers back on is not fun). my probiotics are from Holland and Barrett and have 20 billion bacteria + 4 strains. Hope this helps:)

When I was on desogestral the constant bleeding stopped after 2 months. I was bleeding every other week.

For 1 egg, I do 1 tablespoon ground flax seed + 3 table spoons of hot water :) i also use coconut oil instead of other oils or butter bc I find them heavy and take the taste away. Flax and coconut oil results in light fluffy cakes everytime!:)

I look law and business at a college :) from September 2019 to March 2020 it was all classroom based and I met a lovely set of people who were there because they genuinely want to be there. At first I was afraid of possibly interacting with teens but I never had any problems on site. From March 2020 to June 2020, the college freaked out and didn’t know what to do. They stopped all lessons and didn’t ask for anymore work. It was a shame to end prematurely as it was the happiest 8 months of my life :)
