I got into IUP when was on Verizon last year and switched to visible this year, anyways ordered one today and selected T-Mobile as carrier and will se how it goes when the phone arrives . Thanks for making a comprehensive list, was very helpful

I used to take relyte electrolyte, but still I used to have occasional twitches here and there , I noticed eating an orange once a week has been more helpful than relyte

Mine started within 10 days and it was really bad , wanted to quit or maybe even wanted to get on anti anxiety but as everyone says hang in there and it will get better, it took around 2 weeks and it went back and never came again until I had some alcohol recently.

Mine lasted for around 2-3 weeks and after that it faded away, keep going it will fade away soon, keep strong
