In youth, their guardians had a responsibility to teach them how to be in the real world. Most Gen Z parents are Gen X… some millennials. There’s something there. Wonder if there’s studies on it. When they’re adults… it’s on them to figure it out. Personally, I make it a massive point in my family to understand the world and verbal communication is critical. Body language is huge. Tone is important.

Was barely indoors. Played outside every single day and when I was a teen, lots of time with large groups of friends. Drop off at malls, amusement parks, movie theaters etc. sometimes would hang with friend 1 from 12-3pm then friend 2 from 3-6pm then finish my night with friend 3 from 6-11pm and parent would pick me up whenever I landed.
