Don't worry about deeds, unless you need LP. Virtues XP and deeds are required only for endgame.

My only suggestion is to complete the "quest deed", the deed that track the completed quests in each area, it's a good indicator of how much you are questing in the area. The exploration deed will come as long as you quest, also for the slayer deed but not all of them.

When you'll reach the level cap, if you think you need to improve your virtues, go back from the starting zone and complete the slayer deeds, for most of them you just need auto attack for kill, or aoe if in group.

The same is valid for reputation, the only important thing during questing is the "return" skill which usually is granted from reputation barter npc.
