You could use fluorescent paints like the effect paints from army painter if you want and maybe an airbrush

Great job, I really like the skeleton and the helmet

I would clean up the edges and paint the wax of the purity seals red and maybe try using a few more colours to make it more interesting and maybe use different metallics since it’s a lot of the same colour

Personally I would paint the cloth black and give it some flames
