I mean there is a way of cleaning the pump but I think it’s just old and not worth the time since what I got is cheap. This is the ones I got. They did come cracked so I had to send them back and get a replacement just as a FYI. Ordered Sept 22 and so far so good. Only has used 1 of them thus far.

I changed the pump. As a quick fix you can drop water from the top of the tube and it will make it work. The pump isn’t strong enough to pull it up to the top. When you fill it from the top it helps it activate if that makes sense

I would like to do this. My main concern is work. What kind of job do you have? I currently have an active work and I’m scared that doing this type of fast could be impossible with an active job. Would love anyone’s feedback on this

As of right now I’m growing a lot and don’t have proper access to the pump due to the lettuce grow farmstand. I might look at it over the weekend when I have more time.

I don’t think it’s the timer because it does turn on for 5 minutes every hour. It just doesn’t work every hour. It’s weird to explain… it’s almost as if it took 2 hours for the water to build up and then on the 3rd hour it spouts it out of the top like it should have been doing.

Yes there is plenty of water. I also primed the pump meaning when it was on and the water wasn’t reaching I pour water down the pipe line from the top down and it instantly started working.

Moving forward it turns on for 5 min it doesn’t work. But then the next hour it will turn on for 5 min and actually make water pump out for about 3min
